Just a quick sneak-peek at the newly remodeled Tiny Kitchen. Still tiny, but loads more room and hiding places.
Almost done? Because now I’ve got to get everything in it, and there’s one piece that’s still missing, due to some interesting measurements. I can’t wait…but feel so much pressure to get everything in just the right cabinet.
Thanks to all of my fellow bloggers and followers for sharing this experience with me!
WOW!!!!! That doesn’t even look like the same kitchen! I love your new cabinets and countertop!
Thanks! Right now dealing with a small leak under the sink, and the fact that the dinner plates are too wide for the upper cabinets…!!
Other than that β€ LOVE! β€
Gorgeous!! Oh how I would love a new kitchen!
I’m so happy! But the stress is terrible. Can’t wait to cook in it!
Actually that’s where I might have a problem with a new kitchen……. I wouldn’t want to mess it up!!
I *am* getting that feeling! π
OOOhhhh! It’s beautiful!! WooHoo!! π I feel as if my own kitchen has been remodeled… I love it π ….giddy dancing… π
Thank you for the happy dance! Doing one myself, except trying to figure out where all my stuff should go! Yipeeee!!! π
Beautiful!! It’s going to feel so great to create in there! Your guys work fast!
Yeah, Dad said “one day”, so not that fast…! π But I’m so happy, and can’t wait to get back to my homecooked food! (And starting with a few of your recent posts!) π
Love this!!! I’m so impressed with how quickly it got up, just imagine how great that first meal will be when you finally get to cook! I bet you’re itching to get in and start packing away. Still away on holidays but will look forward to seeing more pics once it’s finished π
I know, I’m really looking forward to it! Packing now, lining shelves, etc. Small leak under sink π¦ But all is well! More pics soon! π
Gorgeous! I know the feeling – we re-did our kitchen a few years back and I’ve been a blissful cooking kitchen bunny ever since…enjoy! It looks amazing!
Thank you! It does seem to be worth the trouble, and there has been a few points of contention, but now we’re filling it up and cooking again! Yay! π
I can’t believe how great that looks and how quickly it happened! I bet you cant wait to get in there. π
Thanks! There’s still a few things to fix–the re-used faucet leaks and needs replacing, and my Dad measured one of the countertops wrong, so we have a gap. But I cooked in it last night and it was wonderful!!! π
Your dad did a fabulous job. Really great tiny kitchens aren’t built in a day. It is beautiful! I’ll bet the husband is thrilled as well. LOVE IT
Thanks Pam! I think he’s relieved it’s all finished, and I can’t wait to get in there and COOK. Eating out every night was getting boring. I love it! And thanks for all the support. π
What a beautiful remodel! I can completely sympathize… I own a 1968 cottage that had an original kitchen. Cute but not practical. We did a “small” remodel and it works great. My favorite chef instructor always told me a good cook can cook anywhere. π Delicious Wishes!
I think your instructor is right–a lot of good things have come out of this kitchen, small as it is. You just make do! But having a few more luxuries will be nice too. Glad you have your small remodel too! Happy cooking!
Glad you got your new space. Enjoy it!
I am! Thank you!
It looks amazing! I’m so pleased. I can’t wait to see what you get up to in there.
Superb!!! What a fine-looking “tiny kitchen!” I love it! Good for you Jenn!!
Thank you! Can’t wait to show you! xox
Looks great! How lucky that you get so much light in your kitchen!!
Yes, I’m very lucky in that respect, but having the light over the stove now is a total miracle! I’m still so excited every time I turn it on. I’m also over the moon that the drawers are on runners now–the 50s left a lot to desire about drawer design! π
